I've got one of those too - it is needed in some marinas in BC that
only have household-style outlets.  Since the outlet is protected by a
15 amp breaker, it should be safe, but you have to watch your power
consumption on-board.

95277 is the right sex for what you say you want, but only has a 15
amp twist-lock connector. 95279 also has only 15 amp connectors.

Twist-lock connectors are available in 15, 20, 30 and (I think) 50 amp
ratings. The different ratings are not interchangeable (although a
determined person can get a 20 amp plug into a 30 amp receptacle).

You need an adaptor with a 5-15R (15 amp household receptacle) and L5-30P (30
amp twistlock plug).
