They are thinking vandalism, since THAT would be a covered insurance claim,
where as failure to properly winterize usually wouldn't be.
Open exhaust valve in each filled cylinder would allow moisture into
cylinder through the exhaust, either by a water cooled manifold freezing and
cracking, error during winterizing or condensation.
