T&T: lowest cost fuel dock?

John and others,
I know this is tongue-in-cheek, but the cheapest fuel dock I found so
far was here in Venezuela. We took our boat from Trinidad to the
Orinoco Delta in Venezuela to visit the Warao Indians. We made it
about 90 miles up the Manamo River and slid up to a fuel dock like I
did this every day. We took on about 600 gallons and paid with
Bolivar Fuertes. It worked out to just under 4 US Cents per gallon.
No one asked if I was a US Documented boat and no English was spoken.
It took us a while to get here, but it sure felt good. Last night I
ran the Genset for about 3 hrs for the A/C and started to feel guilty
since the batteries were already topped off. Then I realized that 3
hours of genset running cost me about a dime!
Regards,
Tom
