Gary,
My Xantrex MS 2000 gave up the ghost 2 years ago. I too went thru the
anguish of trying to get it repaired.
At the time Xantrex said there were no repair facilities. Since then I've
seen info on this list indicating there is a shop in the SE that will do
repairs on Hart/Xantrex equipment. Your msg is the first indication I've
seen of a shop on this coast.
I still have my broken inverter/charger so if you find the shop in Portland
is a viable option I may take advantage of their service too. Hmmm, I
wonder if they'd consider a group discount? :-}
Stay dry.

He advised the nearest servicing center is in Portland 503.288.0100.
When I complained about the inconvenience of taking the unit out Mr.
Prashant was kind enough to tell me about a couple of things I could try.
Does anybody know of anybody in the Seattle area who is able to work on this
piece of equipment?
