T&T: use of anchor balls - revisit

As I read it, I'm under 50 meters so I can display an all around light
where where it can be seen best.
On top of my arch. Called an anchor light. I'm good to go.
You have to ask yourself, what purpose is there in displaying a black
ball in the dark!? No matter where it is.
