T&T: Anchor comments

pesonally i prefer backing down with the anchor dangling in the water, jsut 
to make sure it doens't bang on the hull :-)

i once saw a neat system on a larger boat, they use a chromed or SS tube, 
maybe 3/4", attached to the pulpit and spryaing water directly on the chain. 
with a solenoid valve you could probably control that from the helm along 
with the windlass for singlehand operation.

one of those little projects that never make it to the top of the list...
