T&T: Anchor comments

With heavy mud, the easiest thing to do is leave the anchor slightly 
below the water while powering slowly out of the harbor.  On my boat 
I can get away with this without the anchor banging on the bow.  It 
will clean itself in short order.   I never use the washdown pump for 
the anchor, only for the chain.
