T&T: Anchor comments

Larry Zeitlin, of this list, settled it for me with his logic and formulae -
windage is all. If there are strong currents, then draft and bottom shape
might be a factor. I don't see mass as a factor unless the boat gets up some
momentum dragging or in an abrupt current change when the boat might
transmit some force to the rode and anchor.
