I got an Achilles inflatable with the boat when I bought my current boat. It had not been used in several years and was on the Weaver davits on the swim deck. The diesels had been run occasionally which added to the Boston scum that covered the boat. I had planned to junk it it looked so bad. A friend told me to try "Super Clean" it is a lot stronger than any cleaner available but there was some concern that it would damage the hypalon.

The boat came out clean and I shined it up with ArmorAll. Been doing the same cleanup ever since (8 yrs) with no problems. The red and grey colors are like new for the season. Try to keep it off the black rub strip as I found the color will run a bit and you will have to go back over that section. I use it straight and use a spray bottle. You just use as much as needed and a scotch brite pad (green) will get the real bad spots out. Do small sections and rinse often. After the first year the rest is easy,
