T&T: transducer glue

I've "bedded" transducers on the inside of my fishing boat hulls and on my
Camano 31.  Each time they worked great.  I used silicon, made a large mound
in the center then pressed it in place.  On the Camano it ended up being a
wedge shape, about 1/8 inch thick on the higher side of the deadrise and
about 3/8 on the lower.  Again, very simple, no problems could read depth at
14 knots.
