T&T: Coastal Explorer question

I am new to Coastal Explorer and have the originaly installed charts that
came with it.  I did install a few inland river charts that wasn't included,
but that is all.
I am going to be on the East coast ICW and was looking at the charts in the
program.  They do not seem to have much detail of the waterway.
Can anyone tell me what is the best way to add more charts of the ICW that
will have the detail I want?
