T&T: Slow Pass Observations

Has anyone, anywhere EVER heard of someone being sued for damage their wake
did?  I was waked a few times in the AICW but I got the impression the best
you could do was get on 16 and warn other boaters that Miss Piggy was on the
way and appeared to be evading law enforcement due to her complete lack of
conformance to waterway rules and common courtesy.
