as Mike Maurice says, "At sea, reality is in infinite supply". I wonder if, fully knowing the weather, vessel condition, and suspecting his own condition, he set himself into the arms of the sea expecting to be received. By this measure it was another succesful voyage, rather than lost at sea. Richard
