T&T: solar cells

Wouldn't the number of times he used his motor to hoist his dink have some
thing to do with the drain on his energy cells? Were it only now and then,
wouldn't a solar panel recharge the occasional usage?  The other way to
hoist your dink, or so I've heard, is Viagra....
