T&T: The old-timers' skill

Arild's comments on fathometer offsets reminded me that when I installed my
Humminbirds and set in the offsets in each head, I label-tapped the
following prominently on each:

DEPTH BELOW KEEL.

I realize that it would take a couple of days to fully brief some new person
about all the ins and outs of my boat's systems, but at least anybody
temporarily handling the helm will know what the depth reading means.
