T&T: The CAPN Nav. Software

Within the last 3 weeks I purchased The Capn 8.3 an upgrade from Star
Technologies which I have been unable to activate because the company does not
answer e-mail or phone.  They include a letter with their software which
states that The CAPN has been purchased from MapTech effective August, 2008.
MapTech acknowledges the sale but offers no information as to the viability of
Star Technologies. Do any of you have any information about Star Technologies
that would help me get my money back or the install key for the product?
