Larry,
Having watched a friend of mine have large surgeries on his face and head,
then watch as his face sagged and became deformed and he sometimes could no
longer hold liquids in his mouth and then he died from skin cancer, I would
highly suggest that you don't ask us, a bunch of laymen/women about skin
creams. Ask your dermatologist what he/she suggests. And if the verdict is
to keep the hell out of the sun, then enjoy the pilothouse for many years.
Stay on the outside helm and enjoy it for a few years. Seems like a no
brainer to me.
Trust your doctor, not scuttlebutt. You are dealing with something that can
kill you in a most ugly and painful way.
