T&T: Onan cooling problems

Also check the hose clamps. If you have clear hoses, you will most likely
see air bubbles in them. It doesn't take much. They won't even leak. Check
the clamps on all hoses. This was the challenge we had with our gen set as
well. Hose clamp tightened, problem solved.

your sea strainer located in relation to your waterline? Has anything
changed
on the boat, including how she sits in the water? Is this ONLY while running

1.         I find the sea strainer empty and it only fills if I suck on the
intake hose.

2.         I have filled the hose from the sea strainer to the raw water
pump.

3.         I have replaced the impeller and o ring seal.

4.         No exhaust water



Is it just the pump or something else?
