T&T: Boo Spring Cleaning - Bottom Paint Question

I'm mostly in the Pacific NW, much colder waters, but I've had excellent 
results with Pettit Hydrocoat.  It's a water-based ablative, less 
unpleasant to work with, and much cheaper.  Three summers in SE Alaska 
so far, and it looks like it will go at least one more.
Recent prices I've seen: about $140/gallon, and $20/gal rebates offered 
by Pettit.
