T&T: West marine is a bully!

When Home Depot comes into town, they send black roses to all their
competitors. I don't think that they mess with prices, but they have startup
management teams with fantastic people. They also seek out and pay the local
trades to become sales personnel in the store. Their customer support is
terrific - for about one year. Then they hire normal folks and you have an
average box store with lesser people in charge. A more ethical approach, I
believe. How do I know? A startup manager told me.
