T&T: belt tensioners

Saw several sites for the tension measurement device but none for the tool 
Wayne Wert mentioned. Put it in position and turn the pressure adjustment 
until you get the right tension. Tool just stays in place until you see the 
tension you want on the gauge and tighten up the nuts. Bound to be 
available.
