T&T: De-Fender mfg?

Hello all:
I have a fender with line through (10x28) that has exploded it's end.

The logo is;
De-Fender 10x28
Guaranteed

Being 'smart' I called Defender Marine supply.
But, was told that it is not their brand.
Goggled for this mfg. but no results.

Anyone know of the company that makes De-Fender?
