breakers cooler during Summer. Toggle switch and I keep it on all Summer,
turn it off in Winter when the AC's aren't running all the time.

I put in a muffin fan from Radio Shack.  I let it run 24/7, they don't use
hardly any power.  My refrigeration guy told me to put it up high in the
cabinet.  Worked great.  Didn't even notice the power loss.  The loss is far
out-weighed by the savings of power through the efficiency of the
refrigerator.
