T&T: Atlantic 44 and/or fwd stateroom with single bunks

If anyone on the list has experience with the Atlantic 44 please email me off list, I am trying to do some research before making an offer on one.  Also, if anyone has experience with the forward stateroom on a 44 or similar size vessel that has single bunks stacked please email.  The Atlantic 44 has the single stacked bunks which I think might present a problem but would like to talk to those who have had this set up before moving forward.
