T&T: Sanitation Hoses

I asked the list this question about a year ago, and didn't get an answer.  So
I will try again.  Has anybody had any experience with the Shields Marine Poly
X Sanitation Hose?  It is very expensive, like $14/ft.  But it is made of
polyurethane instead of PVC or rubber.  It is warrantied for life and claims
to be the ultimate sanitation hose.  If it is really that good, it may be
worth the extra cost.  But can anybody verify their claim?  Here is a link
