T&T: Ball Floats for anchor retrieval

I agree it does go thru the chain as I do it often on my fishing boat. But I
wonder how well it would work at trawler speeds? Will it pull the anchor up to
the ball at low speeds? And I can't even imagine doing this in a crowded
anchorage (at least the way I learned to do it. Maybe this is a learning
opportunity for me!)
