T&T: Interprotect

Hello

I'd like to get some advice on a product called "Interprotect". It's to
apply on a fiberglass hull which never had such a protection, but there is
already the antifouling paint.

Can I apply the Interprotect over the antifouling after a light sanding ?

Considering that the Interprotect is an epoxy, how do you repair the hull if
necessary in the following years ? With polyester resin or epoxy resin ?

Is Interprotect really a big "plus" against blisters and osmosis ?
