Attempting to upgrade my Garmin GPSmap 176C chartplotter. Have downloaded the Garmin updater on my PC. Hooked up the Garmin to the PC using the Power/Data cable and get the message, "Garmin device not responding." Where did I go wrong? Ralph Salerno M/V Ancora San Diego
