Here's a flexible epoxy that claims to stick to polyethylene, as well as
darned near anything. No personal experience though.

One thing you can do to help adhesion... Take a propane torch and pass it
LIGHTLY over the area you're going to glue together. If you oxidize the
surface, you will highly promote adhesion.

I had a Water Tender 9.4 which may be a variation of the same boat? In any
case 5200 would not stick to the Water Tender hull.
