T&T: Radar on inland waters

Ed Savela asks if it is worth it install a radar for a boat used mostly on
inland waters.

My response is that a radar is likely to be required every bit as much or
more on inland waters as coastal waters.

Reduced visibility conditions are no respecters of locale.
