T&T: AC problem

My saloon air conditioner went out last night. I noticed it getting warmer
and found the lower tubes on the coil all iced up, and the compressor
running very hot (240 degrees F). Shut it down overnight and it will run
this morning (compressor and fan), but not really cooling. The cooling water
is flowing fine through the exchanger. I'm thinking Freon leak?
