T&T: Assistance near Norfolk/Hampton Roads requested

I am new to this site and don't wish to offend anybody but I received the Waterway Guide fuel price notice today and two hours later was in front of Ocean Marine.  The price indicate in Waterway Guide was $1.99 and the posted price at Ocean Marine was $2.27.  When I called them on this, they said "prices change" but I said I has just passed Atlantic Yacht Basin and their price hadn't changed.  The phone went dead.
