T&T: 1989 44' Marine Trader Tradewinds Trawler

I am considering buying this trawler, but am new to boating and don't know
too much about it. I would be living aboard and before investing in a
survey, I wanted to do a walk through visual inspection just so I know
whether or not I even want to proceed in paying for one.

Does anyone know where I can get a schematic of how this boat was layed out
when it was built. I am not sure where the third fuel tank is or how to get
to it. I want to visually inspect the fuel tanks as they are made of steel
and are 20 years old. Also, I would be interested in any pointers as to what
else I should look for in this boat that might make it not worth investing
in. Thanks.
