I just registered my 30 year old Prairie Coastal Trawler as an Antique 
Vessel.  My annual registration fee is now $4.25. You can print out an 
application at:

There are no limits on operation other than it can't be for commercial use 
and it must have the original or original type engines.  Good luck!
