T&T: 2003 Zodiac RIB 310 - Hypalon or PVC?

Since our 1990s-era Zodiac's transom bit the dust last week due to rot
along the port side, and the cost to repair seems to be way too much
(and I can't do it myself while cruising), we've been looking at used
inflatables. Have found a 2003 Zodiac C RIB 310 at a good price - seller
claims it is hardly used. We'll drive over to look at it if . . . .
I can't find any reference to the boat, but it appears similar to the
current Cadet RIB 310 in size. The one thing we want to know is whether
its made of hypalon or PVC. I found one reference on the web that
indicated all Zodiacs (except commercial and military models) were made
of PVC (no dates given). I find this hard to believe since the tubes of
our 1990s-era Zodiac were never covered or treated for at least 10 years
and it didn't show any PVC-type indicators (stickiness, etc).
Does anyone know what the tubes of a 2003 Zodiac were made of?
