T&T: Which electronic charts?

The Army Corps of Engineers maintains current S57 ENC charts at their website
for all major US inland waterways. You can get these for free here.
http://www.agc.army.mil/echarts/inlandnav/
The site is sometimes down so be patient (it actually looks like its down
now)
You will need a chartplotting program that supports the free S57 charts, like
Coastal Explorer, or Chart Navigator Pro.
