I just used Gasparilla Marine Services at Gasparilla Marina in Placida, 
Florida.  I was very happy with their work and they were significantly less 
than the yards here in Ft. Myers. 941-698-1144.

If you want a do-it-yourself yard where you can hire your own contractors or 
do the work yourself, Glades Boat storage on the Okeechobee Waterway between 
LaBelle and Moore Haven (closer to Moore Haven) is a good bet. 863-983-3040. 
If you use Glades, make sure you check on the status of the Locks during the 
period you plan on being there.  They are sometimes closed for maintenance 
or low water.

I like a hard bottom paint and use Trinidad SR

The best product I've heard about for the running gear, but have never used 
because it is very expensive, is an Australian product call Prop Speed. 
Gasparilla used two coats of an epoxy primer and then bottom paint for my 
running gear.  Good luck,
