T&T: KVH C3 with a Direct TV DVR

I am looking for folks that have a KVH C3 dish with a Direct TV DVR 
receiver.  Mine is not switching satellites when it should.  It only 
picks up the 101 satellite.

I would like to know what you have entered in the following field on 
the Satellite Dish Setup screen:

Dish Type

Switch Type

Tuners

KVH tech support says that I should choose "Oval Dual LNB" for dish 
type, but my receiver does not offer that option.
