T&T: Rust conversion

Phospho seems to be used by most boat yards I've been to.  I've been  
using it for touching up over the last 5 years before overpainting.   
It does an OK job but only seems to hold off rust from re-appearing  
for about a year.

At the Maine Maritime Academy here in town, they used a different  
product on their tug.  It's called Corroseal (http:// 
www.corroseal.com/).  It converts the rust and coats it in one step.   
The coating seems to last and holds off rust for reappearing for  
longer than a year.  I'm going to try it this year when I touch up my  
engine room.
