I'd add to that thought that we've learned that the same experience can 
usually be had for a lot less $$ in the cruising budget by eating 
lunches out, dinners on board. We frequently heard this advice from 
other cruisers we met along the way and have found it to be true. Takes 
less out of the budget, adds less to the waistline! There is still 
dinner out at special locations - Prime Rib at Coinjock in recent 
memory. Oh, man! Reputation is well-deserved!!
