T&T: Airmar B744

I have an Airmar B744 thru hull speed/temp/sounder that I installed in 
2007. It has quit indicating speed altogether even if the paddle is spun 
by hand under the boat. The temperature indicates 178F when the actual 
water temp is 67F. There is no paint gumming up the works, I carefully 
applied PropSpeed to the surfaces and tested the wheel prior to splash.

Any suggestions?
