I wouldn't call Balmar's MC612 a "simple" regulator. IT is full of user choice programming options. I suspect Balmar could have programmed into the 612 the same shortcut to a full battery that Link did, but decided that there was no harm and maybe some benefit to a 30 minute top off. David
