T&T: Mariner's Hardware

Three weeks ago, I ordered some deck hardware from Mariner's Hardware
(Petaluma, CA).  Received an email confirmation of the order; the last I have
heard from them.

I have not been billed for the order.

Sent email and left phone mail messages, no response.

The item is listed in West Marine catalog; I first tried to order through WM,
was told that they (WM) cannot supply--no reason given.

Has anyone done business with this company?  do they still exist?
