T&T: Windlass problems

If it turns out to be the windlass, I will vouch for the Ideal Windlass
Company's service. I have the same model, CWM vintage 1988. My problem was the
breaker, but I thought it might be time for an overhaul anyway. Talked to
them, shipped it up, had it back in a week or so (RI to PA), very reasonable.
It is about as basic a piece of power equipment as one will find on a boat
these days and I wouldn't trade it. Salty, as well.
