I always liked those little "Sign Here" stickers that accountants stick to 
your returns or lawyers to your legal documents. Available at office stores 
everywhere for a few bucks for a hundred.

They even have a pointy end like the boat and helped me in quickly knowing 
whether a starboard or port turn was happening next. (I wrote a little P and 
S on them, shhh.)
