T&T: Gen Set high temp alarm

Grainger has snap disk temp switches in a variety of settings for $9.75 US. For instance Grainger item # 2E245 has contacts that will close at 110 deg f and reopen at 90 deg f. the contacts are rated for AC but a low current DC load should be fine, like for running a Sonalert. But if not you can use an interposing relay for isolation. They are cheap also.

Looking for a simple alsrm system. something I can strap to one of the hot pipes
on the gen set, set at 120 f and when the temp hits that, the 12volt bell rings.

Pretty simple but the only sensor I can find is over 80,00 so far.
