T&T: Bow thruster price

Can we assume that Sanctuary is a single screw boat?

With twins, I want a bow thruster.  I can mimic most of the capabilities
of a stern thruster with my engines.  Having a bow thruster with twins
makes the whole control thing pretty easy.
