T&T: Holding tank plugged vent

I had a holding tank vent plugged at the tank end and I couldn't reach
the top of the tank where the fitting was located. Fortunately, I could
reach the end of the vent line where it went thru the hull and removed
the tubing from the thru-hull end; connected a fitting with a barb on
one side and a water hose fitting on the other to the tube. Connected a
water hose to the fitting and turned on the water. It took about five
minutes of pressure before the plug in the vent line finally blew back
into the holding tank.
