Depending pn how you are plumbed I got some success by using a back flush device
At Home depot you can buy a hose end device that has an expanding
bladder. It allows pressurization of the pump out side of the hose
and flushes water back into tank from the bottom. It comes in a few
hose sizes and costs a few bucks.

It worked for me. It took a few flushes and I never had a problem again.
