For a submarine I think its  pretty good.  Not so sure about those windows 
standing up to pressure  at any depth though.  Definitely a candidate for  a 
nautical  Darwin award for newbie designers.  <VBG>

Imagine that bow in a typical north Atlantic dust up.  I think this design 
takes the concept of wave piercing  bows to new depths.
